At Poppy Grace we take pride in the quality of our products! If anything ever arrives to you damaged or broken, we will replace it for you at no cost!
We understand accidents happen, so if a bracelet or other item is to break within the first 48 hours, we will replace it at no cost!
Within the first moth of purchase, if an item is broken or damaged, you can return it to us and purchase an identical item at a 30% discount plus shipping. After that first month, we will not accept refunds or exchanges.
After this time Bracelets are available to be restrung at $2 plus shipping costs.
For custom Jackets and Shirts, you will be asked to approve the final product before shipment, these have a no refund or change policy, unless the product arrives to you damaged.

Monthly Poppy Boxes will be shipped in 10-15 Business Days
Birthday Poppy Boxes do not have a set turn around time as each box is customized for your event. The TAT will be agreed upon after purchase
You have the option to choose priority or economy shipping at checkout! Once the shipping label is printed you will be sent a tracking number from our website. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking number after the TAT has passed, please contact us through the Contact Us tab on the website.
Once your package has been received by USPS it is officially out of our hands and there is not anything to be done by Poppy Grace if the package is delivered to the wrong address or is lost in transit. If this is to happen please contact us so we are able to look into the issue and file a report with USPS.
